The admissions process at Divine Providence School is designed to make it as smooth as possible for families to enroll their children as students here.

Ms. Hawkins knows the ins and outs of the State and Archdiocese requirements as well as our school’s policies. She is a huge asset for both new and returning student families.
She can even arrange a tour of the school for prospective families!
New Student Registration for 2023-24
To register a NEW student for the 2023-2024 school year click Here.
The following items will then need to be submitted via email to lhawkins@archchicago.org in order to hold a spot for your student:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Current Completed Child Health Examination
- Most recent report card (Grades 1-8 only)
- Records Release Form (Grades 1-8 only)
Once enrollment is complete, you will be required to create an account at FACTS Tuition Management.

Current Student Registration for 2023-24
An Early Bird re-registration rate of $150.00 per current family is available until March 12, 2023.
Re-registration fees will increase to $200.00 per family on March 13, 2023.
Once you register your student/s for next school year, an out of uniform day will be granted to them for every remaining Friday until the end of the year!
