Divine Providence School’s Before & After School Care Program provides a supervised, Catholic environment before and after regular school hours for the students of Divine Providence School.
Help is provided as needed, as students complete their daily homework assignments.
Students participate in indoor/outdoor activities in a safe, nurturing environment.
You are welcome to send a healthy snack for your child anytime they participate.
Regular Hours of Operation: Before Care is from 7:00am-8:00am. After Care is available from 2:50pm-5:30pm.
The program is only operational on days when students are in school.
Any exceptions to scheduled times or operation will be posted in the weekly school newsletter.
Drop Off/ Pick Up Procedures: All extended day students will be dropped off and picked up from the doors at the back of the school. Please ring the doorbell as all school doors will be locked.
Registration: Families interested in using DP’s Before/After Care must register by filling out a form found in the school office. A $25 fee per family is required.
Fees: Students are charged at a rate of $6.00 per child/per hour.
Payment Procedures: Families will be billed weekly to their FACTS account and have one week to remit payment.
